What are salmon injections?
Salmon injections are skin-quality treatments containing salmon-derived active ingredients: polynucleotides (PN) or polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRN). These ingredients promote cellular regeneration and help skin repair and rejuvenation. They are particularly effective for wrinkles, fine lines and dullness, and may improve firmness and elasticity throughout the skin.
Hair Care Clinic offers the popular Rejuran and LIZNE products for salmon injections. For either product, we recommend at least three treatments at intervals of two to three weeks.
For those who
- Want to rejuvenate skin quality
- Have increasingly noticeable wrinkles or fine lines
- Are concerned about sagging beneath the eyes
- Want to restore firmness and elasticity
- Are troubled by dry skin
How salmon injections work
Salmon injections feature active ingredients that promote cellular regeneration. Polynucleotides (PN) are derived from salmon DNA, while polydeoxyribonucleotides (PDRN) are DNA building-block components extracted from salmon testes. When injected into the body, they promote cellular repair and regeneration.
This stimulates skin turnover, replacing older cells with new ones. Firmer and more elastic skin, tighter pores and reduced dullness may be expected.
They also have anti-inflammatory effects and may help reduce redness and swelling after treatment.

Treatment areas
Salmon injections can be used in various areas across the face. For full-face treatment, the product is injected evenly using a skin booster injection device or manually by a doctor.
Targeted areas such as under the eyes, cheeks, forehead, around the mouth and neck can also be treated.

Choose from two products
1. Rejuran®

Rejuran is the most popular product used for salmon injections. It contains the active ingredient polynucleotides (PN), promotes skin regeneration and improves wrinkles, sagging and dullness.
Rejuran contains a high concentration of active ingredients and offers lasting effects, making it recommended for those seeking a stronger effect.
2.LIZNE

LIZNE is a cosmetic injection intended to improve skin hydration and elasticity. It is a combination product containing multiple active ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, amino acids and vitamins. It moisturizes from within to promote a youthful appearance with firmness and radiance.
It is recommended for those concerned about dryness-related fine lines or dullness, or seeking an overall improvement in skin quality. With relatively little downtime, it is also popular with first-time cosmetic injection patients.
Two injection methods
1. Device-administered skin booster injections

Hair Care Clinic uses the HYCOOX INJECTOR for skin booster injections.
The HYCOOX INJECTOR is a stamp-type injector with nine ultra-fine needles. It applies suction while maintaining a uniform injection volume, allowing the product to be delivered evenly and efficiently into the skin while limiting the burden on the skin.
2. Manual injections by a doctor

In this method, a skilled doctor carefully administers the injections by hand.
It allows targeted treatment of specific concerns and careful treatment of fine details even across the full face. It suits those who want attention to detail, particularly wrinkles or sagging beneath the eyes.
Fine needles are used to minimize pain and limit redness and swelling after treatment.
